At Landmark at Crowley, we love pets and are proud to welcome them as part of our community. Whether you have a playful pup or a cozy cat, we want your furry family members to feel right at home.

Pet Policy Overview

We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions, weight limits, and size restrictions may apply. Please contact our leasing team for the full list of approved breeds and size requirements before applying.

Fees & Pet Rent

The following fees apply per pet:

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $400 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet, per month

Restricted & Non-Permitted Animals

Certain dog breeds are subject to restriction. Please contact our leasing office for the full breed restriction list. The following animals are not permitted in our community:

Exotic animals
Ferrets
Rodents (excluding small caged pets such as hamsters)
Snakes
Lizards
Poisonous or venomous animals of any kind
